The Peninsula Home Hospice provides vital home based palliative care to our local community here on the Mornington Peninsula. The challenge was one of content distribution. There is a large volume of information that needs to be available, so key to this was providing clear pathways for the three primary user groups of Clients, Carers, and Healthcare Professionals.
The project was integrated with third party donation provider My Cause, and also includes a Microsoft Sharepoint document repository integration. The Sharepoint integration allows the internal admin team to maintain key brochures and documents on their internal network, without having to re-upload them to the website when changes are made.
